Run /starter in any server with Petzilla to claim your free tools and first pet. Then use pz mine to start digging.

Pets earn passively up to a 7-day cap. Run pz collect to claim everything. If you've never collected, run pz collect once to start the earnings clock.

Make sure you were logged into the website when you subscribed — we link your PayPal payment to your Discord account via your login session. If the issue persists, email support@petzilla.gg with your Discord username and PayPal transaction ID.

Log into your PayPal account, go to Settings → Payments → Manage Automatic Payments, and cancel the Petzilla subscription. Your perks will remain active until the end of the billing period.

We generally don't offer refunds on token purchases as they are delivered immediately. If you believe there was an error or technical issue, contact us at support@petzilla.gg within 48 hours.

Please report it in our Discord server's #bug-reports channel, or email support@petzilla.gg. Do not exploit bugs — accounts found abusing exploits will be banned.

Email privacy@petzilla.gg with your Discord username and user ID. We'll process the deletion within 7 days. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
